The school is currently recruiting for a brand-new SEN Resource Base opening in September. This provision will support pupils with a range of special educational needs and provide a nurturing environment tailored to individual learning and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with SEN on both a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and additional learning needs
- Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupil progress
- Helping to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Supporting pupils with both academic and social development
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Previous SEN experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and additional needs
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Available to start in September
- Able to provide references
