Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced and highly competent Land Surveyor for a long-term project based within commuting distance of Camden.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established team working on a variety of groundwork and landscaping projects, with the role predominantly focused on earthworks, drainage, levels, and surveys.
The Role
- Carrying out earthworks and drainage surveys
- Setting out and level control for groundwork packages
- Operating GPS equipment and 1-Man Robotic Total Station
- Producing accurate survey data and site records
- Working closely with site teams to ensure works are delivered to specification
- Supporting both hard and soft landscaping operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proven experience within groundwork and earthworks projects
- Competent using GPS and 1-Man Robotic equipment
- Good understanding of hard and soft landscaping
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Must supply own laptop and AutoCAD
- Valid CSCS Card essential
- Knowledge of A-Site software advantageous
- Must live within a commutable distance to Camden
