- Proven experience in a Quality / QA role within groundworks, civil engineering, or construction
- Strong understanding of QA processes, inspections, and compliance
- Experience with site audits and documentation management
- Knowledge of ISO standards (desirable)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and across multiple sites
